In Doctor Who "Silence in the Library," the song at the very beginning as the little girl floats through the library is called "The Girl With No Name." It's by the series' composer Murray Gold, and can be found as track 13 on the "Doctor Who Series 4 Soundtrack" that came out recently on CD (and is also available on iTunes, and from Silva Screen records' website).
