USB 64GB Kingston problems?

Have a bad sector on the USB Drive and not able to format it and does not allow me to delete the bad sector file even though it's empty. Have tried using USB recover and repair (freeware) software but problem still occurs. Trying to use it on a Digital Photoframe and after adding photos to the USB and then placing it into the Frame it doesn't recognise the photos even though other USB stick do. When I bring back the USB drive into the computer all the photos become a badsector and unable to view. Please help. Thanks
