When can fans go to Oakland Raiders Training Camp?

So i want to take my husband and son to the Oakland Raiders Training camp in Napa CA, but i had a few questions since this is the first time ever going....first of all is there a specific date when fans can go? how long do the camps last? and do i have to pay to get in? any input would be appreciated! thanks
