Is there an air pump that is submersible (silent)? the fish tank is in my bedroom?

Forget air pumps. They're unnecessary. A proper sized filter is all you need. Filters not only provide filtration, but oxygenation, and in a much better fashion than a bubbler. So, unless you got the air pump/bubbler because you like looking at the bubbles, save your money and take the air pump back.
