Laws to restrict homeschooling?

I have to do a paper on the negative side of homeschooling, but I am having a tough time finding any propositions or laws that want to restrict homeschooling. Im pretty sure these laws are not made on a federal level so if anyone would know of any laws like this for Pennsylvania that have not yet been ped, that would really help me.
