Why is Libra considered to be the most attractive ascending sign?

I think that libra rising is supposed to have good looks cause of venus,but i think ur genetics play a bigger role in how you look too.I have libra rising,and to be honest i don't like it that much.I been reading that planets in aspect to your ascendant say if you have venus in ur first house conjunction your ascendant it will give you dimples and a nice complexion with nice features ,and a curvy figure or if you have pluto in the first like me your appearance can be darker with piercing eyes and a square type face "which i have",but i think all the rising signs have something abut them thats attractive not just "libra".
