What type of phone should i get?

i want a cell phone with a full keyboard. i hav att and it has to be under 100 dollers. it has to be a cool phone. and it has to slide somehow i really wasnt a full key board. some fianlists are the pantech, blackjack and well thats it are those good phones? any other sugestions
