Suggested journal entry topics?

in my spanish cl, we're supposed to write 3 entries every week in this little journal. teacher told us we can write about anything, as long as its not about "routines" and "the sky being blue". so im fresh out of ideas. anybody got any suggestions, random topics, i can write about? mucho gracias.
