What is this film????

Its about a young woman who goes to live in an apartment, and strange things start happening. She keeps seeing people die, and then reappear (they fake their deaths) and she meets a good looking boy who she has a fling with .. i think it turns out they are vampires or something. At the beginning she is driving along in the car listening to a song, and at the end its finishes how it started.
