A good, healthy way to loose weight...right?

Yeah you are on the right track, but you should maybe eat some more protein, not fatty stuff, and go on runs from up to over 2miles. Also instead of only doing 20 situps a day maybe do like 3-4 sets of 20 situps if you can, and just add more to the set, and then do more sets. Also if u can eat toast or something else besides poptarts because they are loaded with sugar.
