Question for lady hunters?

The first time my mom took me hunting was for dove. (We live in Tennessee) I'd recommend birds because you don't have to be as accurate with shotgun shells. The only problem with duck hunting is the chance she'll get wet, and I imagine wet in Alaska is not the best experience. I agree that deer hunting is a good option if she can sit quitely for an extended period. If you don't live in Alaska,(couldn't tell from question) definately go with the moose or bear because it's one of those once in a lifetime hunts. I think whatever you choose she'll have a great time learning about the great outdoors. Despite what Jolene said, hunting is a great way to learn about the great outdoors. It gives a person character and teaches them respect for nature. I hope your family has a wonderful time.
