Why do we want to give more power to the IMF?

I am all against the IMF & World Bank.. these intuitions are a mouse trap for the other developing countries.. 3th World & Developing countries have given loans and credits to slave them.. when these countries economically depended on you than they have to be controlled and played by super powers.. and it is morally wrong..
