Who gets jelous more between men and women when they see their ex's with new partners?

I would wish him all the best in future relationships because I'm able to move on. My ex's can do as they please, however if I saw they had a jealous girlfriend I wouldn't be so childish to play a stupid game and possibly spoil his day by making his new girlfriend even more jealous.
