What is the cost of repairs for "multiple/random cylinder misfires"?

I have a 96 plymouth grand voyager. After going for emission (and failing), I was told i have multiple/random cylinder misfires. I know its not my spark plugs or wires because I just had that replaced. Please give me any help you can...
