RICE vinegar to clean coffee pot?

I usually run distilled white vinegar through the coffee pot, because I heard that helped clean it, and it seems to taste cleaner when I do this. I rinse and run it again with water of course. But, this time, I don't have any distilled white vinegar, only rice vinegar. It is clear. Would it be okay to use rice vinegar instead? It won't ruin the coffee pot or anything, will it?
