My company purchased sofas, chair , office table etc for the office. accounting entry?

so should i open different ledger for each item ie Sofa A/c, table a/c etc and i also want to depreciate them how can i do that. ALso some small items lik Magazine box and gl for coffe was bought how do i account these items(fixed ets or ?) some one please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
